The Kilifi Gold Triathlon has been raising money for local organisations each year since 2003, and we extend our thanks to all the companies, organisations and individuals throughout Kenya and beyond who have given back to our community, enabling us to donate millions of shillings to a variety of causes. We are thrilled that Carramore International returns this year as our Gold sponsor!

Sponsors are capitalising on a unique marketing and public relations opportunity reaching a wide audience throughout Kenya, online and in print media. The KGT is featured on Pwani TV, Bahari FM, in the local and national press and of course extensively throughout our network of supporters. Hundreds of spectators and athletes descend on Kilifi for the triathlon weekend, with many publicising the event on their social media, creating a buzz long after the event has finished. We are grateful for the support received in previous years from Carramore, Safaricom, Mombasa Cement, Governors Camp Mara, Tropical Heat, Jibu, Team Tri Fit and many others, as well as prize donations and goody bag fillers from companies far and wide. 

We are always interested in hearing from cash sponsors wishing to be branded at our event, in-kind donors who provide essential donated items such as t -shirts, or organisations offering prizes for our Super Raffle and podium finishers. Every year, companies donate the following items in return for easy branding before, during and after the event.

• 250 t-shirts for our competitors - KGT branding

• 200 t-shirts for our volunteer crew - any branding

• 200 caps for our volunteer crew - any branding

• Reusable cups for competitor water stations

• 450 bags for competitor (250) and volunteer (200) goody bags

• Branded tents and gazebos for shade along the route

• 300+ snacks for our competitors

• 15 prizes for podium finishes: 3 male, 3 female, 9 for team members

• Any promotional merchandise or prizes for goody bags and giveaways, eg branded pens, diaries, vouchers

• Super Raffle prizes – high value prizes such as mini breaks in resorts, or annual memberships. Please note smaller items will be used as giveaway prizes throughout the day

• Volunteers! We need photographers, marshals, timekeepers, ushers, raffle ticket sellers, construction helpers
